摘　　要： 目前，经济不发达国家占世界民族国家的大多数。二战结束以来，民主的价值观深入人心，并在全世界形成一股不可逆转的潮流，成、为各国人民共同追求的大目标，民主是社会现代化的内在要求之一，民主滞后使经济进程难以深入推进，大部分经济不发达国家现在都致力于发展民族经济，为推进民主进程提供了一定的物质条件。 At present, the economy underdeveloped country are the great majority in the world. The democratic outlook on values is deeply rooted among the people, and form one strands of irreversible tidal current in the whole world, also become big targets that peoples of all nations runs after commonly. Democracy is one of the inherent request of society modernizes, so democracy lags makes the economy course be difficult to go deep into a propulsion, Now the major part economy underdeveloped country all concentrates efforts on developing national economy, that has provided certain material conditions.to pushing forward the democracy course.
