摘 要: 为掌握小麦条锈菌种群动态,2001-2005年对采自陕西省7市20个县(区)主栽小麦品种和后备小麦品种苗期和成株期的条锈菌标样1 101份进行了鉴定。结果表明,2001-2005年陕西省共监测到已知条锈菌生理小种和致病类型26个,分别为条中22、23、26、27、28、29、31、32号,Hybrid46-4、5、6、7、8,水源11-1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、10、11、12、13、14。其中条中31号以前的生理小种已成为次要小种或稀有小种,条中32号出现频率一直居各小种首位,成为绝对的优势小种;Hybrid46类群和水源11类群为绝对的优势小种类群,频率总和维持在90%左右,成为优势种群。从变化趋势看,Hybrid46类群出现频率逐年下降,水源11类群出现频率逐渐上升。 In order to investigate pathogenic changes of stripe rust fungus of wheat,1 101 samples collected from 20 counties of 7 cities in Shaanxi province during 2001-2005 were identified on 17 differential hosts ,namely Trigo Eureka (Yr6), Fulhard, Lutescens 128, Mentana, Virgilio, Abbon-danza, Early Premium ,Funo(YrA) ,Danish 1(Yr3) ,Jubilejina 2 ,Fengchan 3(Yrl) ,Lovrinl3(Yr9) ,Kangyin 655 ,Shuiyuan 11, Zhong 4,Lovrinl0(Yr9)and Hybrid 46(Yr3 bq-4b),and consequently 26 races and pathotypes were detected,namely CY22,23,26,27,28,29,31,32,Hybrid46-4,5,6,7,8,Shuiyuan11-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,11,12,13,14. The races appearing before CY31 became subordinate races or rare races. The virulence rate of CY32 was the highest and became the dominant race in 2001-2005. The Hybrid46 group and Shuiyuanll group were the dominant groups, the frequency total of the two groups kept stable about 90%. The variation trend of the two groups was :the virulence rate of Hybrid46 declined ,while the rate of Shuiyuanll group increased gradually.
