摘 要: 为明确塔玛亚历山大藻(Alexandrium tamarense)对东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense Lu)生长的化感作用,揭示塔玛亚历山大藻和东海原甲藻的藻间竞争关系,本研究探讨了不同营养盐条件下塔玛亚历山大藻无藻细胞滤液中溶血毒素对东海原甲藻生长的影响.研究发现,塔玛亚历山大藻的无藻细胞滤液中溶血毒素对东海原甲藻的生长有显著的抑制作用;无藻细胞滤液中溶血毒素的活性强弱依次为:N-限制,Fe-限制,富营养与P-限制;溶血毒素的抑制作用大小与溶血毒素活性强弱一致.提示溶血毒素在塔玛亚历山大藻的化感作用中可能扮演重要角色. Allelopathy had an important role in the competition and succession between alga species. In order to explore the allelopathy of Alexandrium tamarense on Prorocentrum donghaiense Lu, illustrate the competition mechanism between A. tamarense and P. donghaiense, the effect of hemolytic toxins from cell-free filtrate of A. tamarense on P. donghaiense under the different nutrient conditions was detected. The results showed that haemolytic toxins had remarkable inhibition on P. donghaiese; the haemolytic ac- tivities of filtrate were various under different nutrient conditions as follows, N-limited 〉 Fe- limited 〉 non- and P-limited, parallel to the inhibition on P. donghaiese. These suggested that A. tamarense hemolytic toxin may be involved in the allelopathy of A. tamarense and have an important role.
