速生杨木浆二氧化氯氯化工艺的研究

摘  要: 对二氧化氯氯化纸浆工艺进行了研究。结果表明,对于D/C氯化方式,随着二氧化氯取代率的提高,漂后浆白度先增大后降低,取代率为50%时最高;粘度随取代率的增大而逐渐增大。对于D/CED漂序,在二氧化氯总量确定的情况下,漂白浆的白度在氯化和漂白的比例为35∶65时最高。二氧化氯氯化温度在40℃时漂后浆白度最高,不同氯化温度下的漂后浆的粘度差别很小;氯化段初始pH值在5~6表现出较佳的漂白结果,白度和粘度较高;氯化浆浓为3%~5%时白度较高,氯化浆浓对粘度的影响较小;随氯化时间的延长白度逐渐提高,超过60min后增幅较小,粘度随时间的延长逐渐降低,但总体变化较小,较优为60min。相对于氯气氯化,采用二氧化氯氯化漂白废水的COD_(Cr)和色度有明显降低,BOD_5稍有降低;采用二氧化氯氯化漂后浆的强度和白度也要高于CED漂序。 Pulp chlorination with chlorine dioxide was studied. The results show that for the D/C chlorization, the brightness of the bleached pulp firstly increased and then decreased as the increase of the substituting rate of chlorine dioxide, and the brightness get its maximum when the substituting rate is 50%, whereas the viscosity increased as the increase of the substituting rate of chlorine dioxide. For the D/CED bleaching sequence, while the gross chlorine dioxide remains constant, the highest brightness could be obtained when the proportion of chlorization and bleaching was 35:65. The highest brightness of the bleached pulp could be obtained at the chlorination temperature of 40℃, and the viscosity differs little at different chlorination temperature. The better bleaching result could be achieved when the initial pH value of the chlorination section was 5 to 6 with a higher brightness and viscosity; the brightness was higher when chlorization pulp concentration was 3% - 5% and the chlorization pulp concentration has little influence on the viscosity. The brightness increased with the increase of chlorination time, but the amplification became smaller after 60 minutes; the viscosity decreased as time increased, but the overall change was small with the optimum at 60 minutes. Compared with chlorine chlorization, the CODc, and chroma with chlorine dioxide chlorination are remarkably lower, and BODs is a little bit decreased, and the strength and brightness of the bleached pulp are also better than that of the CED sequence.
