摘 要: 在分析手表壳结构和工艺特点的基础上,叙述了表壳电极的拆分方法,阐述了如何根据产品结构拆分电极以及采取怎样的电极结构可以消除电极损耗对加工尺寸精度的影响,如何保证高效率、高精密地生产出高质量的手表壳模具。 After an analysis on the structure and technological characteristic of a watchcase, the division of the electrode for electric discharge machining the mould cavity for forming the watchcase was discussed in detail. The electrode structure was designed and divided for the purpose of eliminating the effects of electrode wastage on the processing dimensional accuracy, and then for manufacturing precision injection mould.
