摘　　要： 文章以《广东省物业管理条例》为例,分析了当前省级物业管理法规存在的不足,从完善立法组织、加强立法的理论基础、完善业主自治组织立法等多个方面提出了修订完善地方物业管理法规的具体思路与建议,旨在使地方物业管理立法更科学、更完善、更合理。 In order to make local property management legislation more scientific, more rational and better, this paper points out some general problems of current local property management regulations and proposes some suggestions as to how to revise and improve local property management legislation, such as improving legislation organization, strengthening theory basis, improving legislation on owners autonomy organization etc.
