摘 要: 在非同步采样过程中,信号周期的测量是周期信号数字化测量和分析的重要环节。插值法作为计算信号周期测量的常用方法,却鲜有文章对插值阶数和插值法计算结果误差的关系进行分析。本文利用插值方法求取信号周期,推导出了计算信号周期绝对误差的极限公式。该公式可以有效的分析插值阶数和周期计算结果误差之间的关系,并通过对极限误差公式的分析,详细阐述了计算中各参量对周期计算精度的影响。仿真实验结果表明,该方法简单有效,有利于提高信号测量与分析的精度和效率。 In the course of non-synchronization sampling, signal period measurement is an important step in digital measurement and analysis of periodic signal. Though interpolation is a general method used to calculate signal period, there are few articles to reveal the relationship between interpolation order and measurement precision. In this paper, interpolation is used in signal period measurement to investigate the relationship between interpolation order and measurement accuracy. And limit error formula of signal period is proposed, which analyzes the relationship clearly. The influence of the parameters to the period measurement accuracy is displayed in detail through analyzing the limit error formula. Emulation experiment results show the feasibility and validity of the method. It increased the accuracy and efficiency of signal measurement and analysis greatly.
