倾斜管两相流传热特性研究

摘  要: 作为沸腾炉V型埋管两相流水动力及沸腾传热特性研究的分课题,作者对倾斜管的两相流传热特性进行了实验研究。研究结果揭示了倾斜管的沸腾传热特性以及垂直弯头对它的影响。饱和沸腾传热与Gungor & Winterton(1987)模型符合良好,传热系数测量值与预测值相差不超过±15%。垂直弯头对两相流流型施以附加影响,从而在弯头下游倾斜管的顶部形或干涸区,引起传热恶化。 As part of research program into the characteristics of two-phase flow and boiling heat transfer in V-Shaped tube immersed in FBCB, experimental investigations were conducted to the characteristics of two-phase heat transfer in inclined tube. the results revealed that saturated boiling heat transfer in inclined tube would be well represented by Gungor & Winterton (1987) model. In case of Vertical bend at the tube inlet, a 'dry patch' along the top of the tube was noted to result from the Vertical bend which disturbed two-phase flow patterns.
