摘 要: 研究了一种包括NaOH脱硫、自制的还原剂还原、NaOH-KNaC4H4O6电解液体系电沉积铅过程的湿法回收废蓄电池填料的新技术,获得Pb>99.99%的纯铅粉末,铅总回收率>98%.此法工艺过程稳定。 A new hydrometallurgical technology for recovering lead from waste battery slurry is presented with NaOH as the sweetening agent and the reducing agent which we developed. Lead powder of ≥99.99% Pb content was obtained by electrowinning with NaOH KNaC 4H 4O 6 electrolyte, reaching current efficiency of ≥98%. The direct recovery efficiency of Pb from the sludge is higher than 95%. Furthermore, the process presents stable reactions without environmental pollution.
