摘　　要： 文化产业是人类创造的物质文化、政治文化、精神文化的文化系统中精神文化发展的现代形态,是在物质生产的基础上凭借物质的第一、二、三产业成果形成的精神生产的产业。源于物质产业又高于物质产业的新兴产业,是知识经济时代的主导产业。 Culture industry is a modem form of the development of spiritual culture which together with material culture and political culture forms the cultural system Of mankind. It is the spiritual industry that is based on the material production embodied in the achievements of the primary industry, the secondary, industry and the tertiary industry. It is a new industry that originated from material industry but has transcended it. It is also a key industry in theage of knowledge economy.
