摘　　要： 实验研究了瓷质抛光砖坯体中石英晶相对防污性能的影响。采用XRD和SEM等方法分析了石英晶相的含量与防污性能的关系,并从显微结构出发讨论了影响瓷质抛光砖防污性能的根本原因。结果表明:减少原料中SiO的引入量或其粒度均可降低烧结成瓷后坯体中SiO晶相的残留量,从而有效改善瓷质抛光砖的防污性能。 Effect of the quartz crystal in polished ceramic tiles on the ability of stain-proof was investigated by experiments. The relationship between the stain-proof ability and the quartz crystal content was analyzed by XRD and SEM. The main causes to influence stain-proof ability of polished tiles were discussed according to their microstructure. The results show that reducing the quartz crystal content in row materials or its grain size would reduce its residual quantity and improve the stain-proof ability of polished ceramic tiles obviously.
