摘　　要： 收集了近年来国内外关于三氧化二砷诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡作用的研究资料,综述了三氧化二砷在体外研究中的凋亡作用机制,并对其机制进行分析,以期为人类疾病的临床治疗和动物疾病的临床治疗提供更多的理论依据。 Arsenic trioxide exerted its anti-cancer effects in many ways. Many researches about the effect of arsenic trioxide on cancer were collected. The mechanisms of arsenic trioxide inducing apoptosis in vitro investigation was summarized and analyzed. It is hoped that this paper could provide further theoretical evidence for clinical therapy.
