摘　　要： 《审计学》课程是高校会计学专业和财务管理专业高年级开设的专业必修课。笔者结合多年《审计学》课程的讲授经验与体会,对该课程部分内容尝试采用学生参与课堂讲授的方法,以期调动学生积极性,培养学生“学会学习”。 The course of ＂auditing＂ is a required course which is offered by the senior grades majoring in accounting and financial management in universities. According to rich experience of teaching auditing, the author tries to let students participate in some class teaching so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of college students and make them know how to learn.
