摘　　要： 由于媒体的代表性、政府的角色、知识分子的力量等问题,使公民知情权的实现在一定程度遭遇困境。发展公共新闻和公民新闻是走出知情权困境的新的可能路径。 The paper analyses the status of the right to know in China and illuminates the difficulty to realize the right to know. In the end of the paper the author puts forward some advice on how to carry out the right to know.
