摘 要: 就乙醇沉淀、单宁沉淀、超滤三种方法提取罗汉果蛋白酶进行了比较,结果表明,超滤法所获得的蛋白酶质量最好,此时蛋白酶的酶活回收率为52.32%。 Three kinds of methods of extracting protease from the fruits of siraitia grosvenorrii by alcohol,tannin and ultra filtration (UF) were introduced and the result indicated that the enzyme obtained by ultra filtration was the best and the recovery ratio of enzyme activity by this method was 52.32%.
