摘 要: 为了获得银白杨离体再生体系的优化方案,通过对离体再生体系中银白杨无菌苗的获得、生芽培养基激素组合及诱导出芽、生根培养基激素组合及诱导生根进行了一系列优化试验。结果显示:影响银白杨植株再生的最主要因素是激素浓度和类型,其次是培养基种类和外植体类型;最利于银白杨再生植株的培养基条件为:芽增殖培养基以MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L+IBA0.6mg/L为宜,生根培养基以1/2MS+NAA0.05mg/L+IBA0.2mg/L为宜。 A series of experiments are conducted that suitable hormone concentrations for explants to shoot and root on tissue culture medium were selected in order to find the best way to construct regenerative system of populus alba. The results show that the main factors affecting the efficiencies of regeneration system are hormone concentration and types as well as culture medium kinds and explants types. The best bud medium is MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L+IBA0.6mg/L+IBA0.4mg/L and the best rooting medium is 1/2MS+NAA0.05mg/L+IBA0.2mg/L
