摘 要: 文中以产几丁质酶的哈茨木霉H-13为实验菌株,在相同基本培养基上,采用每次同一浓度不同碳源,同一碳源不同氮源浓度;相同浓度碳源和氮源,不同pH、温度对木霉产几丁质酶能力的影响,筛选出产几丁质酶的最佳因子,提高木霉产几丁质酶发酵的效果,促进该项发酵产品的产业化。 To culture Trichoderma harzianum H-13 in a basic medium with the same concentration of different carbon sources, the same carbon source but different nitrogen sources concentration or the same concentration of carbon source and nitrogen source but different pH or temperature in order to screen premium factors for chitinase production, improve the production of chitinase by fermentation and promote the industrialization of chitinase production.
