摘　　要： 本文详细描述了紫露草活体花药内和花粉粒离体萌发实验中雄配子的发育及其发育过程中的异常现象。紫露草成熟粉粒大部分为2细胞型,此外还有3细胞和4细胞花粉;含染色体数为11或13的核的非整倍性小孢子,带微核的小孢子和败育花粉粒。紫露草活体花粉中存在“花粉二型性”现象。 This papes described the male gametorphyte development in Tradescantia virginiana L and abnormal phenomena during the stages ok its development.Besides most of the normal pollen grains (2—cell type),in the mature poIlen grains there are a few abnormal one (3—4 cells types),a few aneuploid one with chromosome number of 11 or 13,afew with one or two micronuc- lei,and a few abortion pollen grains.There are “dimorphism” in pollen grains of in vivo Tradescantia virginiana L.
