摘　　要： 以芍药茎尖、叶片为外植体,研究了植物生长调节物质对芍药离体培养的影响.结果表明,芍药茎尖诱导培养的适宜培养基为1/2MS+GA31 mg.L-1+6-BA1 mg.L-1,影响茎尖诱导的主要因素是GA3;适宜增殖培养基为1/2MS+6-BA1 mg.L-1+KT0.5 mg.L-1;诱导叶片愈伤组织的适宜培养基为改良MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg.L-1+6-BA0.5 mg.L-1. Taking buds and leaves of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. as explants, the effect of plant growth regulators on the tissue culture was studied. The results showed that the culture medium for the buds induction were 1/2MS ＋ GA3 1 mg·L^-1 ＋6-BA 1 mg ·L^-1 ,and GA3 was the most important influencing factor for bud induction; the best medium for propagation was 1/2MS ＋ 6-BA 1 mg·L^-1 ＋ KT 0.5 mg ·L^-1 ; and the preferable medium for the shoots callus induction for propagation was a modified MS supplemented with 2,4-D 0.5 mg ·L^-1 and 6-BA 0.5 mg ·L^-1.
