摘　　要： 范围管理作为项目管理知识体系的九大知识领域之一,占有基础而特殊的地位。首先分析了项目范围管理的含义及内容,着重分析了界面管理。在此基础上研究了承包商围绕合同应如何做好项目范围管理工作。 As one of the nine knowledge areas of the project management body of knowledge, scope management is of great significance. First, the definition of project scope management and its contents were introduced, as well as interface management; then, the contractor＇s scope management surrounding the contract, such as scope definition, scope control and scope variation management, were discussed.
