摘 要: 采用反相高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测(HPLC-ELSD)法测定葡萄糖酸钠的含量。色谱柱为C18(250mm×4.6mm),流动相采用甲醇∶水(40∶60),流速为0.6mL/min,柱温为25℃;ELSD的漂移管温度为98℃,氮气为载气,气流为2.6L/min,定量方法简单、准确,精密度和重现性良好,回收率为96.6%,RSD为1.39%。 A reverse phase HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of sodium gluconate was introduced. Chromatographic conditions: C18 column (250mm ×4.6mm), methanol-water(40:60)as mobilephase at a flowrate of 0.6mL/min, at 25℃ of column temperature. The optimum settings of the ELSD parameters:drift tube temperature was 98℃ and nitrogen carrier gas flow-rate was 2.60L/min. The method was found to be simple and accurate with good precision and reappearance as well as recovery ratio of 96.6% and RSD=1.39%.
