摘 要: 采用三维CFD软件,以G4135直喷式柴油机为对象,运用多维燃烧模型,对缸内燃烧过程进行数值模拟。计算了不同曲轴转角下的气体速度、压力、温度、氧气浓度和碳烟浓度等,计算所得数据与相关文献相吻合。结果表明FLUENT所提供的燃烧模型可以作为预测柴油机缸内燃烧的一种有效手段,并为进一步研究同类型柴油机的燃烧性能提供了依据。 By using the FLUENT model, the combustion characteristic of a direct injection diesel engine type G4135 is simulated. The velocity distribution, the pressure contours, the temperature contours and the soot density are simulated. Results from computation are in good agreement with the measured results which are predicted by other researchers. Therefore this method is a very potential tool for the design and research of direct injection diesel engine.
