摘 要: 目的为研究心肌的机械运动提供一种直观有效的工具,服务于心血管疾病的诊疗。方法本文提出一种弱化解剖结构的左室三维标准模型,将左室心肌分成16节段,每节段分成三层。通过心肌节段在功能映射上的桥梁作用,利用图像配准的原理将心肌的组织多普勒速度图像(DTV)中的速度信息映射在标准模型上,利用三维模型多角度、多层面的特点来观察心肌的局部运动特点以及速度传播的方向等运动情况。结果通过标准模型的速度信息(颜色)映射结果分析,可以看出内层模型的颜色较亮,而中层模型则比较暗淡,根据图像的颜色编码方式,可知越靠近心内膜则心肌的速度越大,证明此模型的有效性和直观性。结论本文建立的功能映射三维标准模型能有效直观的反映出心肌局部运动情况,并能实现同一节段不同层次间的速度差异对比。 Objective Providing a visual and effective tool to study the mechanical movement of cardiac muscle, for the sake of diagnose and therapy of heart and vessel diseases. Methods In the article, a type of standard 3D model that ignores the anatomical structure of left ventricle is proposed. The model divides the left ventricular muscles into 16 segments and each segment has 3 sub-layers. Through the bridge of segments in functional mapping, image registration is used to mapping the velocity of Doppler tissue velocity (DTV) image to the standard model. With the advantage of multi-view and multi-lay of 3D model, the local movement characteristic and the transmission direction of velocity can be observed clearly. Results As can be seen from the result of mapping velocity information of the standard model, the color of inside-lay is bright and the middle-lay is dim. From the encoding mode of image, it is concluded that the more it is close to endocardium, the quicker the muscle velocity is. This can prove the validity and visualization of our model. Conclusion The model proposed in the article can reflect the local movement of cardiac muscles effectively and visually, and can realize the difference contrast of velocity of the same segments but different layers.
