摘 要: 该文通过用高温高压度验条件下导出的汽水两相流通过节流元件的压降与流量和干度关系式的计算分析,发现了在一定的干度范围内,湿蒸汽两相流的载热量与通过节流元件的压降间存在着单值函数关系,因而提出了可用一个节流元件进行湿蒸汽两相流载热量与折算干饱和蒸汽流量测量的新方法,并通过现场测试与标定,证明了此种方法具有较高的测量精度,很好的实用价值及广阔的应用前景. Abstract The paper reports, that according to calculation and analysis of the relationship between pressure drop of steam-water two phase flow across a throttle orifice with the amount of flowand its its dryness, based on experimental results at high temperature and high pressure,a simple functional relationship has been found to exists between the amount of heat carried by thetwo phase flow and the pressure drop accross the throttling element.consequently, a new flow. measuring method,with but a single throttling element,whereby the amount of heat carried by a wet two-phase steam flow can be found,as well as the derived amount of equiva lent drysaturated steam, is proposed and substantiated,by in field measurements, to have a high degree of precision practical application value and bright future prospects.
