摘 要: 介绍了DSP控制的数字化逆变式IGBT交直流方波脉冲TIG焊的软件设计.介绍了TI公司TMS320系列DSP及其开发环境、开发流程以及软件CCS的使用.根据系统输出波形的需要,采用模块化软件设计的方法设计了控制系统主程序,中断服务程序以及子程序.系统经脱机联机调试后,输出波形稳定、平整,达到了预期的要求. Software designing of TIG welding machine with digital IGBT AC/DC square-wave pulse inverter controlled by DSP was introduced. TMS320-serial DSP produced by Texas Instruments Corp. , its developing environment and program flow, and the use of the software CCS were also introduced. According to the requirement of output waveform, the main program of control system, interruption service routine, and subroutines were designed by using modularized software design method. Off line and online experimental results indicated that waveforms were stable and regular, so that the goal was attained.
