摘　　要： 针对工程量清单计价在招标投标中存在的问题,根据工程量清单编制和计价的相关规定,分析了计价规范、地方规定和招标文件中工程量清单的错漏和处理方法及相互之间的矛盾,指出了各自的适用条件,提出了不同承包形式对工程量清单编制的不同要求。 Based on the problems of bill with quantities evaluating existing in bidding and correlative regulation, this paper analyzes the contradiction among the evaluation law, local regulation and bid documents about bill with quantities （BQ）. It also points out their respective application conditions and puts forward different demands of different contract forms to the compilation of BQ.
