摘　　要： 目的：了解子胞康胶囊对雌性激素负荷大鼠子宫肌层及血液中雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）浓度的影响。方法：以健康雌性SD大鼠为实验对象，给大鼠长期注入一定剂量的外源性雌激素，进行HE和Masson染色做子宫病理切片观察，同时测定大鼠血清中雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）浓度。结果：雌激素能使大鼠子宫肌层增厚，个别大鼠子宫肌层肌纤维轻度肥大，结构稍紊乱。三苯氧氨、子胞康胶囊都可以拮抗雌激素的这种作用，使子宫肌层的改变全部或部分恢复正常。子胞康肢囊治疗组子宫肌层厚度均显著低于模型组，大剂量组和正常对照组无显著性差异．小剂量组厚度显著大于正常对照。子胞康胶囊治疗组和正常对照组以及模型组之间血清雌二醇（E2）和孕酮（P）浓度均有显著性差异。其中子胞康胶囊治疗组血清雌二醇（E2）浓度均显著高于正常对照组并显著低于模型组。子胞康胶囊治疗组血清孕酮（P）浓度均显著高于正常对照组并显著低于模型组。结论；子胞康胶囊可拮抗雌激素对于宫肌层的作用，提示该药对治疗子宫肌瘤有一定治疗作用。 Objective： To determine if there are any influences of Zibaokang capsule on myometrium and blood estradiol （E2）, progesterone（P） concentration of estrogen-loaded rat. Methods： First, SD rats were injected with long-term exogenous estrogen. Then the tissue of uterine was stained with HE and Masson staining for morphological study. At the same time the serum concentration of E2 and P were determined. Results： Estrogen could increase the thickness of rat myometrium. Muscle fiber hypertrophy and disorder of structuw developed slightly in myometrium of some rats. Both Tamoxifen and Zibaokang capsule could antagonize such effect of E2 and fully or partly resume the normal state of myometrium. Myometrium thickness in the treatment group with Zihaokang capsule was significantly lower than that in model group. There was no significant difference between high-dose group and normal control one. Myometrium thickness in low-dose group was significantly higher than that in normal control ones. For serum E2 and P concentration, there were significant differences among treatment group, model group and normal control group. The two parameters of treatment group were significantly higher than that of normal control one and lower than that of model one. Conclusion： Zibaokang capsule can antagonize the estrogen effects on myometrium, suggesting a therapeutical application in uterine leiomyoma treatment.
