摘 要: 采用结扎颈总动脉合并血压下降法稍加改良制成大鼠不完全脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。以大鼠舌静脉给药,观察血栓通对实验动物脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,结果表明:血栓通注射液可明显减少脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑内的伊文思蓝含量、降低脑指教及脑含水量;脑组织形态学检查显示:血栓通注射液组动物脑组织缺血病变远较模型组轻。提示血栓通注射液是一个比较理想的脑缺血保护药物。 Rat model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was established by ligating common carotid artery in combination with reducing blood pressure according to literature with a little modification. Xueshuantong injection was administered through lingual vein and its protective role was studied. The data showed that Xushuantong injection could significantly decrease brain Evans Blue content, brain index, and brain water qpntent and histological studies demonstrated that ischemic lesion of brain tissue from the model group was more severe than that of Xueshuangtong injection group. The results indicate that Xueshuantong injection would be an effective drug for the treatment of cerebral ischemial .
