摘 要: 利用33个随机引物研究了光倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus hollandiOsh im a)、中华倒刺鲃(S.sinensisB leeker)和倒刺鲃(S.denticulatus donticulatusOsh im a)基因组DNA(RAPD)多态性和种质分子标记。33个随机引物总共扩增得到473条带,多态性片段为365条,占总带的77.2%。其中16个引物共扩增出95个特异性片段,长度主要在200-1 500 bp,光倒刺鲃特有的为23个、中华倒刺鲃特有的为20个、倒刺鲃特有的为28个,这些特异性片段可作为三种倒刺鲃的分子遗传标记。多态性研究表明,种内相似系数分别为:光倒刺鲃0.650 7,倒刺鲃0.697 5,中华倒刺鲃0.818 0。种间遗传距离分别为,中华倒刺鲃和倒刺鲃0.491 5:中华倒刺鲃与光倒刺鲃0.621 7;倒刺鲃与光倒刺鲃0.645 5。 Molecular genetic markers and genetic polymorphisms were studied in S. hollandi Oshima and S. denticulatus donticulatus Bleeker and S. sinensis Oshima using 33 random primers by RAPD method. The total 473 fragments were generated, and 365 fragments are showed polymorphisms (77. 2 percent in the total fragment) ,and fragments sized from 200 - 1 500 bp. Among the 16 primers could produced 95 special genetic markers which could identify the three species of Spinibarbus. 23 fragments are produced only from DNA sample of S, Hollandi Oshima and 20,28 fragments are produced only respectively from DNA sample of S. senensis and S. denticulatus denticulatus, The genetic polymorphism research showed that within population S. hollandi there was 0. 6507 similarity between individuals and within population S. sinensis 0. 818 0,within population S, denticulatus 0. 697 5. The genetic distance were 0. 481 5 between S. sinensis and S. hollandi ,0. 621 7 between S. sinensis and S. hollandi,0. 645 5 between S. denticulatus and S. hollandi. The relationship of the three species was structured by the dendrogram based on UPGMA
