摘　　要： 本文采用HVAF-ARC喷涂系统制造的NiCrTi活性功能涂层。研究电站锅炉省煤器防护涂层的金相组织研究、SEM检测、X射线衍射以及涂层显微硬度。 It is presents in this paper the technology of supersonic arc spraying-High-Velocity Air-Fuel(HVAF-ARC)-manufactured NiCrTi alloy active-function coat.In order to test the property of this kind of alloy coat,phase experiment,SEM test,X-ray diffraction experiment and bonding strength experiment are applied to the samples.The results show that this kind of alloy coat has more advantages than the HVAS in the same lab condition.
