摘 要: 采用(苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(SBS)改性聚丙烯(PP)为基体,炭黑(CB)为导电填料制备了导电复合材料。研究了导电复合材料的电性能及力学性能;同时探讨了CB在PP/SBS基体中富集的相关影响因素。结果表明,在基体中加入质量分数为20%的SBS可以大幅提高同等CB含量下导电复合材料的电导率,增加材料的韧性;在CB质量分数仅为10%的情况下富集效果更为明显。 Conductive composite based on SBS modified PP is prepared. The electrical performance and mechanical property of the composite are studied. The influence of different carbon black content to enrichment effect of the composite is also discussed. The results show that 20% SBS in PP/SBS blends highly improves the conductivity and tenacity of composite on the condition of the same carbon black content, and the enrichment effect is more obvious at 10% carbon black content.
