摘 要: 作为一种典型的光电半导体材料,硫化镉(CdS)一维纳米材料的合成近年来受到人们的广泛关注。本文综述了阳极氧化铝(AAO)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)硬模板,聚乙烯醇(PVA)软模板和超声化学法合成一维CdS纳米管,介绍了各种合成方法中CdS纳米管的形成机制。 As a typical photoelectric semiconductor, the fabrication of CdS one-dimensional nanostructure has attracted extensive attention recently. This review covers kinds of synthesizing methods for CdS one-dimensional nanotubes included template-mediated techniques (AAO and PTFE membrane as hard templates and PVA as soft templates) and surfactant-free ultrasonic irradiation. The synthesis mechanism of each method was also discussed.
