摘 要: 本文基于A13-离子对电价键固定在二乙氨基乙基交联葡聚糖凝胶(DEAESephadex)上的水杨基荧光酮的可逆荧光淬灭作用,研制了测定Al3-离子浓度的荧光传感层。其线性范围为20~150μg/L,重视性良好,响应速度快。该传感层已成功应用于水样和葡萄糖注射液中A13-离子的测定,并初步研究了荧光淬灭机理。 A new fluorescence sensing layer for the determination of Al3- based on reversible fluorescence quenching of salicylfluorone immobilized electrostatically on 2-(diethylamino )-ethyl sephadex has been developed. Al3+ in solution from 20μg/L to 150μg/L can be determined. Besides a high reproducibility of optical signals, a short rcsponse time is realized.This sensing layer has been applied to the determination of Al3- in water samples and glucose injection. The mechanism of fluorescence quenching has been studied.
