摘 要: 在职成人学生的学习中普遍存在着“工学矛盾”;解决“工学矛盾”是个社会系统工程,我们应当通过法律、制度、政策等途径,推动“工学矛盾”向“工学协调”的转变。 In adult education, the conflict between working and learning exists in the learning time of the students who are working in the social. It seems this is the conflict between working time and learning time, but actually this is the conflict between the student individual need and the society need, and still this is the conflict between the realization of the individual worthiness and the social worthiness. Essentially the two sides have similarities. To save the working and learning problem is a project of the social system. We have to facilitate a change from the "conflict between working and learning" to the "harmony of working and learning" through the law, the institution and the policy.
