摘　　要： 在对存在的思考中,黑格尔哲学和海德格尔哲学中都贯穿了“无”与“在”的辩证,只是思考的路径不同,导致了对“无”与“在”的不同理解。黑格尔把进入概念的存在看作真正的存在,把非概念化的存在看成无。海德格尔则相反,他认为存在的概念化导致了虚无主义,为了理解真实的存在,必须将被概念束缚住的存在释放出来,因而需要解构以黑格尔哲学为代表的传统哲学。 The dialectic bewteen ＂nothingness＂ and ＂being＂ impenetrates Hegel＇ s and Heidegger＇ s philosophy through their thinking about problem of being. Therefore, based on different ways, they advanced different explaination about the relationship between ＂nothingness＂ and ＂being＂. According to Hegel, bing is the concept which sublimed the pure bing and let it be speaked out and nothingness is the being which has not been sublimed and can not be speaked out, the other way round, Heidegger＇ view is opposite to Hegel＇ s,in his view, the conceptionalization of being leads to nihilism,to understand the true being, we must set the being free from the conceptionalization, thus, it is very necessary to deconstruct the traditional philosophy, espically Hegel＇ s philosophy.
