摘 要: 以我国自育的250个小麦品种(系)为材料,分析了我国小麦品种HMW-GS的组成和分布。结果显示,我国小麦品种(系)的HMW-GS变异类型非常丰富,总共发现了19种变异类型,其中包括4种稀有变异类型;从遗传变异指数可以看出,HMW-GS等位基因遗传多样性Glu-B1>Glu-A1>Glu-D1;从亚基的组成和分布来看,我国小麦品种中优质亚基的比例是比较低的,在Glu-A1位点,2*亚基的比例为15.2%,在Glu-B1位点,14+15亚基的比例为12.4%,17+18亚基的比例为2.4%,在Glu-D1位点,5+10亚基的比例为23.6%。 In this study, 250 Chinese wheat Varieties(lines) were used to analyse the diversity of HMW-GS. The results were as follows: There was a great diversity of HMW-GS among Chinese wheat, 19 HMW-GS variation types were found including 4 unusual types. By comparing the diversity of the alleles of HMW-GS according to the index of genetic variability, the order could be got as Glu- B1〉Glu-Al〉Glu-D1. In addition, from the components and distribution of the HMW-GS , it could be concluded that the proportion of the subunit with good bread-making such as 2^* , 5+10, 14+15 and 17+ 18 was relatively lower, the percents were 15.2 %, 12.4%, 2.4 %and 23.6 % respectively.
