摘　　要： 对南海海洋内生真菌Cephalosporium sp．的代谢产物进行了研究,从中分离得到8个化合物,其中6, 8-二羟基-4-(1-羟基乙基)-异香豆素和4-甲基-6-(1-甲基乙基)-3-苯甲基-1,4-嗪-2,5-二酮均是首次从该菌属中分离得到。它们的结构通过波谱方法得到确定。 Eight compounds were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Cephalosporium sp. from the South China Sea. Their structures were elucidated by spectral data. It is the first time for 6,8-dihydroxy-4- [ （ 1S ） -1-hydroxyethyl ] -isocoumarin and （ 3R, 6R ） -4-methyl-6-（ 1-methylethyl ） -3-phenylmethyl-1, 4-perhydrooxazine-2,5-dione to be isolated from the fungus Cephalosporium sp..
