摘　　要： 研究生培养是学科建设的主要内容之一,其成效在很大程度上取决于研究生导师队伍的水平和素质。从学科建设的角度,探讨了研究生导师应具备的素质及其队伍建设模式。 The training of postgraduate students is one of important contents of subject construction,and it depends much upon the level and quality of postgraduate tutors. The quality required for the tutors and the models of ranks construction are discussed from a viewpoint of subject construction.
