摘 要: 以斜纹夜蛾2龄幼虫为试虫,采用浸叶碟法同时测定了印楝素A与氟虫腈、毒死蜱与高效氯氰菊酯单剂及其不同配比混剂的保护率和死亡率,以不同的评价指标计算其共毒系数。结果表明:叶片保护率比死亡率能更准确地反映部分杀虫剂的保护作用。因此,建议评价杀虫剂的联合作用,尤其是评价拒食剂和毒杀剂的联合作用时,以保护中浓度(median protection concentration,PC50)或保护中量(median protection dose,PD50)为毒力评价指标。 The mortalities and leaf protection rates of four single insecticides ( azadirachtin A, fipronil, chlorpyrifos and beta- cypermethrin) and two mixture insecticides (azadirachtin A + fipronil, chlorpyrifos + beta-cypermethfin) were tested on the second instar larvae of Spodoptera litura Fabricius by the leaf dipped method. The co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) was calculated from both mortalities and leaf protection rates. The results showed that leaf protection rates represented protection effect of insecticides more accurately than mortalities. It is therefore suggested to apply median protection concentration (PC50) or median protection dose ( PD50 ) as the criterion of toxic evaluation for calculating the CTC of insecticides, the mixture of antifeedants and insecticides in particular.
