摘 要: 近年来,转换成本对顾客忠诚度的影响已经引起学术界的广泛关注,本文基于国外最新的研究理论,具体分析转换成本对顾客忠诚的作用机理,提出运用转换成本维持顾客忠诚度的应用模式,对企业保持和提高顾客忠诚具有很强的指导价值。 These days, the infulence of Switching cost to customer loyalty has already cause the extensive concern of academic circles.This article,which based on the lastest research abroad,concertly analyze the mechanism function about conversion cost to the customer loyalty,and put forward a usage conversion maintenance the applied mode of the customer loyalty to the bussiness enterprise keep and raise customer loyalty have very strong of instruction value.
