摘 要: 根据Genbank中PRV gD基因序列设计引物建立了检测猪场狂犬病的PCR方法,并对某省25份猪伪狂犬病疑似病料进行检测,结果在25份病料中,检出伪狂犬阳性病料7份,阳性率接近30%。通过检测结果及特异性和敏感性实验发现此检测方法敏感度很高。这种检测方法适合科学研究、临床诊断以及流行病学调查。 According to PRV gD gene sequence in Genebank,a pair of primers were designed to develop a PCR and 25 suspicious samples from a province were detected using the developed method. Of 25,7 samples were positive. The positive rate of PRV approached 30%. It was concluded that the PCR method was of high sensitivity, and it could be applicable to research, clinical diagnosis and epidemiological investigation.
