摘　　要： 近年来民营企业群内恶性竞争激烈,严重影响了民营企业和民营企业群的发展。要解决业内的恶性竞争并促使民营企业群提高竞争优势,企业必须由竞争走向合作,企业联盟是实践中出现的一种解决民营企业群恶性竞争的方法。但由于民营企业自身特点制约,联盟成本高,企业之间矛盾尖锐等等原因,联盟效益有限。本文分析了民营企业群恶性竞争产生的原因以及民营企业群内企业联盟存在的问题,提出了完善企业联盟并促进民营企业群向创新型集群转化的方案。 Private enterprise group means that many private enterprises centralize in a region but still not become to be a real cluster. In recent years, the seriously excessive competition in private enterprise group severely hurts the development of private enterprise group. In order to solve the excessive competition and improve the competition of private enterprise, Private enterprise must cooperate. The enterprise alliance is an innovation of enterprise management strategy which suit for times, and is an important measure to solve excessive competition. But due to the high alliance cost, the conflict among private enterprise and the restriction of their characteristics, the alliance benefit comes true limitedly. This article analyzes the reason of excessive competition and the questions of enter- prises alliance in private enterprise group, and then raises out how to perfect the alliance and improves private enterprise group to become a innovative cluster.
