摘　　要： 以胡锦涛为核心的新的领导集体提出了执政理论建设的七个方面内容,执政资源为其中之一。目前学界有关执政资源的研究成果日渐丰富。为推进执政资源的研究进一步深化、系统化,本文提出了从三个方面去审视执政资源建设:即从质和量两方面的方法论意义上去把握执政资源建设;从动态的发展变化中去把握执政资源建设;从党的利益与人民利益的关系中去把握执政资源建设。 The new leading collectives with Hu Jintao as the core put forward seven pints about building governing theories, governing resources as one of them. At present, the research achievements concerning governing resources are increasing. For the sake of further deepening and systematizing the research of governing resources, this paper will make a survey of building governing resources from three perspectives： from the methodological significance , qualitative and quantitative views, from the dynamic development and from the relationship of interests between the Party and the people.
