摘 要: 研究了脱墨浆中添加Fe3+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cu2+、Al3+、Mn2+、NH4+等离子的无机盐对酶脱墨效果的影响。结果表明,外加金属离子对酶脱墨效果均会产生不利影响,其中Al3+、Mg2+、Cu2+等对酶的脱墨行为有抑制作用,对纸浆中残余油墨含量的影响大小次序为Al3+>Mg2+>Cu2+;Fe3+、Mn2+、Ca2+、NH4+对酶脱墨有催化或激活作用,外加金属离子促进酶脱墨作用的大小次序是Fe3+>Mn2+>Ca2+>NH4+,但Fe3+对纸浆白度很不利。在Mn2+用量0.6%、NH4+用量0.2%、Ca2+用量1.2%时,会使酶脱墨效果得到改善。酶脱墨浆经过螯合剂处理,其白度和残余油墨含量都有很大改善,白度比未经螯合处理的酶脱墨浆高近10个百分点,残余油墨含量低60 mm2/g左右。 The influences of adding several common metal ions to the deinking system on the effect of cellulase enzymatic deinking were studied. The results showed that basically the metal ions added have negative effect on the enzymatic deinking, partically Al3^+ , Mg^2+ , Cu^2+ have inhibitory effect on enzymatic deinking, the effect of the metal ions on the dirty increase of the de-inked pulp will follow the order Al^3+ 〉 Mg^2+ 〉 Cu^2+ . On the other hand Fe^3 + , Mn^2 +, Ca^2 +, NH4^+ can activate the cellulase de-inking ability, the promoting effect is Fe^3 + 〉 Mn^2 + 〉 Ca^2 + 〉 NH4^+, the conditions of Ca^2+ ion concentration 1.2%, Mn2+0.6% and NH4^+ 0.2% can promote the enzymatic deinking process. Brightness and dirty have great improvements after the recovered pulp are chelated. The brighmess of the treated pulp is 10 units higher than that of untreated pulp and has lower dirty of 60 mm^2/g.
