摘　　要： 在大学生中积极培养发展党员,是关系到我国现代化建设和我们党的事业后继有人的战略问题。入党动机就是入党的最初目的,大学生入党动机形成是一个心理动态运行和主客体相互作用的活动过程,其基本规律有需要动力律、协调控制律、内化外化律。 Cultivating and developing Party members among university students are closely related to Chinese modernization and continuation of Chinese Communist Party＇s work. The forming of motive is a psychological operating procedure and a procedure of mutual-influence of subject and object. Its basic rules include needing motives, coordinating and controlling, and inward and outward transforming.
