摘 要: 采用水培法,用20 mg/L芦丁溶液分别在室内和大棚不同光照环境下培养荫生植物白掌(Spathiphyllumfloribundum),以清水作为对照,测定了叶片叶绿素荧光参数、相对电导率和光合色素含量.结果表明,在长时间的强光照环境下,20 mg/L芦丁溶液培养可以减轻白掌所受到的强光抑制,同时也减轻了强光照对植物体的伤害. Shade plants SpathiphyUum floribundum were water-cultured with 20 mg/L rutin under different light intensifies, and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, relative conductivities and photosynthetic pigments contents in leaves were determined. The results showed that the rutin treatment couM alleviate photoinhibition under strong light and protect photosynthetic apparatus from strong fight impairment.
