摘 要: 铺装结构中防水粘结层的设置至关重要。在检验了高剂量SBS改性沥青、环氧沥青、FYT等3种防水粘结材料的基本性能后,通过室内模拟比较了3种粘结材料的剪切强度与拉拔强度,并分析了不同影响因素对剪切试验和拉拔试验的影响,为合理选择防水粘结材料提供了科学依据。原材料试验表明:3种不同防水粘结材料的性能均符合高、低温的要求,均不透水。同时,根据性能对比,推荐高剂量SBS改性沥青作为高速公路水泥混凝土桥面的防水粘结材料。 It is very important to set the waterproof and cohesive layer in pavement structure. Through the raw material capability test of SBS modified bitumen, epoxy asphalt and FYT, shearing strength and tensile strength of three water-proof bond materials were compared and different affecting factors were analyzed.These are foundations to choose water-proof material properly. The raw material capability test indicated that the three water-proof and cohesive bond materials require the high, low temperature and non-penetrated test.SBS modified bitumen was recommended to be used for highway concrete bridges as waterproof bond membrane.
