安塞油田特低渗油藏重复压裂技术现状与研究方向

摘  要: 随着开发时间的推进,安塞油田老井出现低液面、低流压、采液和采油指数下降,综合含水上升,产量递减率增大,裂缝主向油井与侧向油井压力差异大等日益突出的矛盾,不利于油田稳产。近年来安塞油田在重复压裂提高单井产能方面做了大量前期技术研究和现场试验,形成了以暂堵压裂为主的重复压裂技术,通过注水前期培养和调整,在候市、王窑、杏河、坪桥区块实施连片整体复压,实现了单井增油量和有效期“双过千”。分析目前安塞油田重复压裂技术现状,明确低渗油藏重复压裂技术下步研究方向,以期不断提高重复压裂的工艺技术水平。 As the development time goes on, more and more prominent contradictions appear in old wells of Ansai oiffield, such as the low liquid level, low flowing pressure, productivity index dropdown, composite water-cut rise, production decline rate increase, the big pressure-difference between oil wells at main and flank orientations of fractures, etc. They are unfavorable to stabilization of the oiffield production. In recent years massive preliminary engineering researches and the field tests had been conducted in the Ansai oilfield on increasing the individual well productivity aspect by re-fracturing technology. Re-fracture technology with inside fractures temporarily blocked-up fracturing as the dominated is formed. Overall refracturing in the whole area is carried out in Houshi, Wangyao, Xinghe, and Pingqiao blocks, through cultivation and adjustment in the earlier period of waterflooding. Both the individual well production increment and period of efficacy exceed "a thousand". The present situation of refracturing technology in Ansai oilfield is analyzed in order to clarify the next step orientation of researches of refracturing technology of low-permeability reservoirs, and to enhance unceasingly the technical level of refracturing technology.
