摘 要: 长期以来,国内外焊接界学者不断对弧焊电源的动特性评定提出了各种测试方法,但迄今仍未能很好地解决。针对三种不同焊机,采用数理统计方法结合自行研制的小波分析仪,提取包括重燃弧电压等六个焊接过程的动特性特征信息,基于模糊逻辑推理方法建立了焊接电源动特性评定系统模型,并根据所建模型分析焊接电源的动特性,为焊机性能的评定、改进和选择提供了依据。 There are many different methods to assess the dynamic characteristics of arc welding power source,but which method is good can't be determined.In this paper,aimed at the three different welding machines,the six dynamic characteristics of the welding process are extracted in a statistic way combined with our wavelet analyzer,a dynamic characteristic assessing model is established based on the fuzzy logical inference,and then the foundation is provided for assessing,improving and choosing the performance of welding machine.
