摘 要: 以水为介质,采用在分散的悬浮液中加入合适的分散剂的方法,研究了紫外线屏蔽剂ZnO的稳定性及抗紫外线性能。实验结果表明,纳米级ZnO在pH值为10的0.2%聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)溶液中稳定性较好,且以此微乳液作为抗紫外线后加工整理剂处理活性染料的涤棉布料,处理后布料的日晒牢度能达3—4级,比原布提高半级到一级半。 The stability of the ultraviolet ray shields of ZnO and its performance of anti- ultraviolet had been detailed researched by the method of adding suitable dispersant into dispersive suspend liquid. The result showed that ZnO with nanometer grade had better stability when in 0.2% PAM solution with pH value of 10. Treated live dyestuff terylene cotton (TC) cloth by this micro emulsion as anti-ultraviolet of after-treatment agentia. After treatment, the insolation prison degree could achieve to grade 3 to 4. which had increased the level by half to one and a half grades compared to original cloth.
